As a Guru PJOK SMP/SMA (Physical and Health Education Teacher for Junior and Senior High School), your role is to design engaging learning themes, facilitate live PJOK lessons across multiple grade levels, and create assessments aligned with the learning themes. You'll be responsible for crafting online and offline PJOK lesson plans, coordinating with curriculum teams, designing learning materials, and maintaining effective communication with students, parents, and fellow teachers. Join us in creating a dynamic and enjoyable physical education environment.
What you will do...
- Design engaging and interactive PJOK learning themes for SMP-SMA.
- Facilitate live PJOK lessons across six grade levels with a teacher-student ratio of 1:200.
- Create assessments, including grading, aligned with the learning themes.
- Develop online and offline PJOK lesson plans (RPP PJOK).
- Plan additional offline PJOK activities on a monthly basis.
- Conduct offline PJOK sessions at the nearest SMM hub once a week.
- Collaborate with the curriculum team for lesson planning.
- Coordinate with fellow teachers for online and offline lesson design.
- Design learning pages and create teaching materials.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and teachers on designated platforms.
- Participate in regular coordination meetings for both SMP and SMA levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Education, or Sports Science.
- Prior experience teaching PJOK at the SMP and/or SMA levels, with a preference for online teaching experience.
- Strong ability to design engaging and meaningful learning experiences.
- Effective communication skills to interact positively with adolescents and parents.
- Proficiency in creating both online and offline lesson plans.
- Skilled in delivering lessons using technology to enhance student engagement.
- Demonstrates adaptability to rapid changes and supports all school activities.
