Hc Section Head

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Capital Section Head located in Balikpapan. The Human Capital Section Head will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of human resources policies and initiatives, managing the recruitment and selection process, and managing employee relations, benefits, and compensation. The Human Capital Section Head will also work closely with senior management to develop and execute strategies that support the company's goals and objectives.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and compensation.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong knowledge of human resources policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Experience in developing and implementing human resources strategies that support organizational goals and objectives.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is preferred.
