Responsibilities :
- Partner with business leaders to understand and align HR strategies with organizational goals, contributing to long-term success.
- Oversee the full talent lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and development programs.
- Act as a trusted advisor, handling employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Drive initiatives for employee growth, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
- Utilize HR metrics and data to inform decision-making, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
- Lead HR aspects of organizational change, facilitating smooth transitions and maintaining employee morale.
Qualifications :
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 5 years of experience as an HC Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role with a big scale employees.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, employment legislation, and industry trends.
- Strategic thinker with a business mindset with strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Approachable and able to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Adaptable to change and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
