Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Human Resources Management.
- Minimum of 3 years experienced in Human Capital areas in FMCG industry.
- Experienced in handling > 10.000 employees.
- Willing to be placed in Majalengka.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make a planning strategies for HC&GA activities, such as maintaining factory, infrastructure, and personnel facilities, providing official transportation, waste management, and cleanliness.
- Develop human resource and performance management strategies (from planning to performance appraisals) to ensure individual, unit and company work targets are achieved.
- Analyze, manage, and directing the implementation and procedures of remuneration so that it is competitive, in line with the company's financial capabilities and fair internally and externally.
- Collaborate with Corporate Human Capital to develop human resources.
- Monitor to ensure external compliance is in accordance with applicable regulations and rules, coordinating with external parties to the company.
