We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Accountant to join our team at PT. Mardi Persada Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in managing financial tasks, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and relevant regulations.
• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide financial advice to management and contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Work closely with auditors during financial audits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• years of proven experience as an accountant.
• CPA certification is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software [mention specific software if applicable].

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
