Head Barista

Responsibility:

- Have knowledge of the types and varieties of Indonesian and international coffee
- Create training systems and programs (training strategies, initiatives and materials)
- Conceptualize new menu training materials or menu development based on data and research (Communicate training needs) 
- Create and coordinate document updates for all SOP, Comply with workplace health and safety regulations
-Pay attention to stock of equipment and raw materials - Check the quality of beverage making equipment and carry out equipment maintenance
- Coordinate, monitor and control operational and training standards
- Supervise the performance of the outlet crew
- Coffee quality control Ensure quality and consistency in every cup
- Consult with management

Requirements:

- Max 35 years
- Candidates must have at least a diploma/bachelor's degree in any major/related to the Retail or Food & Beverage Industry
- 5 years previous experience as Head Barista or related position in the Retail/Food & Beverage Industry
- Know about menus, raw materials, drink preparation procedures, and overall cafe operations
- Able to design, deliver and broadcast effective and relevant programs
- Computer literate, Microsoft Office related to the system
- Strict adherence to company philosophy/mission statement/sales objectives
- Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
- Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Good leadership, team building and management skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
