This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Bartender at Tavern Group Semarang. The Head Bartender will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with bartending, including customer service, communication, cash handling, and creating and serving a variety of beverages. The Head Bartender will also oversee the bar operations and manage the bartending staff.
Qualifications
1. 2 years experience as a Head Bartender
2. Leadership and staff management skills
3. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
4. Knowledge of mixology and drink recipes
5. Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Persyaratan minimum:- Tersedia jam fleksibel
- Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
- Pelamar harus memiliki KTP
- Tanggal mulai kerja: 01 April 2024
- Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp3,500,000 - Rp5,000,000 per bulan
