Qualification :

• Experience in Chinese restaurant chef are prefered
• Specialize in Chinese and Western Food
• Making menu and food innovation
• Mainly responsible for vip room dishes and buffet
• Can cut, pack, and make cold dishes
• Skillfully cook chinese food (can fry,steam,cook soup basic skills)
• Can Make salad, sandwiches, noodles and soon
• Excellent record of kitchen management
• Familiar with Kitchen process
• Supplier Management
• Material acceptance storage
• Food quality management
• Familiar with canteen health and safety system
• Understand about budgeting and kitchen cost awareness
• Willing to join as soon as possible
• Willing to interview on company for test food and cooking
