Head Internal Distribution Touchpoint
Description :
Main responsibility of Head Internal Distribution Touchpoint (IDT) is to ensure business continuity and innovation surrounding Internal digital touchpoint at channel distribution.
With scopes are :
- Responsible for managing Internal Sales Tools end to end for all clusters (nationwide)
- Responsible for designing and managing user experience across all Sales Team (in all level (CVS, SPV, TS, HOS ), & Region supporting unit (Finance & Warehouse management).
- Ensure all tools are supporting business continuity by managing proper process and procedure :
- Planning & innovation for all Internal Distribution Touchpoint from inventory, sales operation, and integration with other tools
- Support Region / cluster : in sales and supporting function in day-to-day operation (training, usage, reporting and improvement)
- Managing multilevel team and multiple stakeholders Requirements : - Minimum 8 years of experience in touchpoint management / digital technology - Complete understanding on how touchpoint work in high level development, operation, monitoring and analytic.
- Minimum 3 years in distribution area : understanding business flow, stakeholders including each intentions and act & consequences model in distribution - 4 years in positions of progressively relevant leadership exposure and managing team with multi disciplines - Having a Positive mindset, Good communication & collaboration skills, Obsession of customer, and Open / courage for change - Experience as product owner in scrum / agile process will be preferable - Understanding / Knowing / Familiar with tools such as PowerBI, Google Analytic, Firebase, MS Power BI, Database, Direct Query are big advantages.
