1. Design, develop and execute regional partner program to increase technical competencies of key ISVs/SIs in SEA.
2. Manage and lead regional technical account manager (RTAM) and enterprise technical support (ETS) teams to achieve business objectives.
3. Engage and collaborate with senior leadership team in SRIN to design and develop new B2B businesses in SEA.
4. Consult and coach projects teams and team leads, coordinate efforts with other technical specialists in Indonesia and regional SEA.
5. Collaborate with key stakeholders in Samsung B2B SEATO RHQ team, Technical Pre-sales SMEs and Support Engineers to improve future state of tech pre-sales processes & support systems.

Rôle et Responsabilités

1. Knowledge and experience in business development for key technology company.2. Experience in post sales services and enterprise tech supports for L1 and L2.3. Past experience in software POC and prototyping is a plus.4. B2B sales experience with knowledge of core associated business processes.5. Good business insight and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.6. Past experience with developing communications, training material and proof of concepts (POCs).7.Able to operate at a strategic level and deep-dive, as needed, into operational/tactical detail .
