Responsibilities
• Develop the planning, conduct the execution and management of end-to-end deliverable Cold Chain process.• Responsible for managing the successful delivery of Cold Chain and setting project goals, establishing tasks and a timeline for completion evaluating progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure that clients, internal or external, achieve their desired results.• Identify, assign, and coordinate with corporate resources responsible for executing functional activities in order to ensure projects are completed within budget, on-time and accomplish the project goals.• Managing the day-to-day operations of a project including hiring personnel, purchasing materials and supplies, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with governmental regulations• Communicating with stakeholders to ensure they are aware of project status and any potential problems or delays• Managing and engaging the stakeholders in order to achieve the goals of the project
Requirements
• Having 5 to 8 years of solid work experience in Cold Chain logistic industry• Experienced in end to end process of Cold Chain logistic industry• Experienced in and familiar with Cold Chain logistic activities and regulations• Experienced and have knowledge in operations flow process and tools of Cold Chain logistics• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words, Power Point)• Strong in Project Management, Stakeholders Management, Leadership, Problem Solver and Creative mindset• Understand how to manage Timeline, Quality and Cost• Proficient in English, both oral and written
