Head Of Compliance & Development

1. Ensure the company's compliance with regulations set by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and regulations related to the Financing Company. 
2. Ensure that the company's management consistently receives up-to-date information regarding the applicable regulations for the financing company, along with their impact on the company. 
3. Review the company's internal regulations and their alignment with OJK regulations and/or relevant regulations related to the Financing Company.
4. Control all system changes that may occur due to audit recommendations/findings, whether at the company, functional, or system level, to ensure alignment with the company's established business processes. 
5. Build strong partnerships with other internal functions and contribute to ensuring the implementation of initiatives and business policies.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Law (S1 Hukum) or Master's degree in Law (S2 Hukum).
•  Maximum age of 35 years, with a minimum of 4 years of experience as a compliance supervisor or 3 years as a compliance assistant manager. 
• Possesses strong analytical and logical skills. 
• Has experience in leading a team. 
• Capable of working independently as well as in a group. 
• Accustomed to collaborating with top management. 
•  Willing to be placed at the Central Office in Slipi, West Jakarta.
