Requirements

• Extensive experience in a senior creative role within the fashion industry, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated passion for and understanding of the fashion industry, with a keen eye for emerging trends and consumer preferences.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a creative team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative team with a forward-thinking approach, establishing the overall creative vision that aligns with the company's strategy and goals.
• Ensure an inclusive and dynamic creative atmosphere that fosters innovation and generates new and growth ideas.
• Transform brand values and marketing strategies into captivating and cohesive visual concepts.
• Initiate and execute creative strategies for product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand awareness campaigns.
• Coordinate with various teams, such as marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure seamless integration of creative endeavors.
• Evaluate and authorize all creative assets, spanning digital and print materials, packaging, advertisements, and promotional content, ensuring compliance with brand standards and industry trends.
• Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and workload distribution to ensure project objectives are met.
