What we want:

• Bachelor Degree from Fine Arts, Visual Communication or related field
• 5 years experience related with this position, preferably from Fashion brand
• Ability to critically communicate and persuade around design concepts
• Passion for fashion design and always thinking of ways to improve
• Dynamic, creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing various audiences
• ​​Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent communication in English, both verbal and written

The duties:

• Designing and developing creative visual concepts tailored to the needs of marketing campaigns or projects
• Leading and overseeing the design team to produce high-quality visual materials in line with the company's artistic vision.
• Supervising the production process, including photography, graphic design, and the development of other creative materials.
• Ensuring the all creative materials maintain consistency with the company's brand identity.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and creative technologies to ensurerelevance and innovation.
• Possess the ability to create brand and to raise brand awareness
• Assign tasks to the creative team and supervises their timely completion, enforce deadlines and maintain efficiency in the creative department.
• Contribute to the concept development, design and execution of operational and promotional materials
