Head of Digital Marketing, requirements:

• We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head of Digital Marketing to lead our Digital Marketing strategy and drive online growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive Digital Marketing plan that leverages various online channels to achieve our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a data-driven Digital Marketing strategy across all online channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing).
• Manage and oversee the Digital Marketing budget.
• Lead and manage a team of Digital Marketing professionals (if applicable).
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Digital Marketing trends and technologies
• Analyse Digital Marketing data and identify areas for improvement.
• Generate leads and drive conversions through online marketing campaigns
• Track and report on the performance of all Digital Marketing activities.
• Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Product, Design) to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor in IT, Business Administration/Marketing, Communication Qualifications or other related fields.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience as Head of Digital Marketing leadership role.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful Digital Marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing best practices, including SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Email Marketing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Salary : Started from IDR 9,2 mill - 11,7 mill.
