Head Of Field Operation

Requirements :

• Possess Bachelors Degree in Naval Architecture or ANT/ATT-2.
• Minimum 5 year experiences as Surveyor CPO & Marine/Coordinator/Supervisor, preferably in the same industry.
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure, detail-oriented, and independently or in a team.
• Work Location: Batam.

Responsibilities :

• Operation Excellent (ensure the application of all SOP, and EWI in field work such as sampling, survey, and inspection, and able to validate the Surveyor / Inspection report also implement SNI ISO / IEC 17020: 2012 for Quality Management Systems).
• Wear the required Personal Protective Equipment, maintain safety and work environment, report work conditions or unsafe work behavior, following daily briefing / huddling.
• Ensuring the availability and reliability of operational equipment (Survey and Inspection) as well as the availability of consumables as needed.
• Complaint handling and ensuring the timeliness & actual use of operational costs by Surveyors and Inspectors.
• Ensuring that experts (Surveyors and Inspectors) and other sub-ordinates have competence in accordance with the scope requirements.
• Prepare all documentation relating to the management company's licensing activities to support the smooth operation of the company.
