Responsibilities
• Define and drive strategic direction for warehousing and fulfilment in Indonesia• Manage P&L performance, strategic planning, budgeting, and management reporting• Develop go-to-market, pricing, and product positioning strategy• Build and manage business development and key account management teams• Oversee end-to-end business development efforts and operations• Source, develop, and manage strategic and commercial partnerships• Drive for operational and cost efficiency• Achieve market leading cost structure and consistent product quality
Requirements
• 8-12 years of experience with leadership roles in operations and commercial functions• Proven track record of delivering on aggressive targets and overall P&L performance• Experience leading high-performing teams• Excellent commercial acumen and analytical skills• Stakeholder management abilities• Comfortable in high growth environments• Excellent communication skills in English and local language• Strong understanding and interest in e-commerce logistics
