• Develop HR strategies to meet the company expectation goals
• Responsible for all HR Process
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
• Ensure the organization's HR practices align with legal requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Master Degree
• Minimum 5 years working experience in General Manager or Senior Manager level
• Proven experience in HR roles, with increasing levels of responsibility
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Proficiency in HR software and systems for record-keeping and analytics
