Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Master Degree
- Minimum 5 years working experience in General Manager or Senior Manager level
- Proven experience in HR roles, with increasing levels of responsibility
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Proficiency in HR software and systems for record-keeping and analytics
