The Job

Job Responsibilities:

• Advise businesses on applicable Indonesia law and regulation
• Drive key projects related to new licensing or compliance
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and internal users, such as Strategic Operations, Business Development, Finance, HR, and Operations
• Draft and review various legal documents, and/or negotiate contracts with external partners
• Supervise legal team in general, litigation, and decision-maker
• Accommodate company legalization issues with third parties
• Representing the company in handling legal activities
• Register a copyright of products

The Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Capital Management, or a related field.
• Communicate professionally in English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region.
• Min 5 years of experience, preferably in payment getaway, P2P or insurance broker company
• Preferably in-house experience
• Knowing the legal system in payment getaway or insurance broker company
• Good attention to detail & strong analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
• Positive attitude, flexible, proactive, self-motivated and oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work individually
