Growing distribution business through Label Partnership.
About the role
- Identify, approach and get new partner(s) to join our business & ensuring all partners’ business are growing faster
- Develop annual division target, forecast plus plan & strategy to achieve,
- Work with various internal & external parties, i.e: label partners, artistes, management, digital, marketing team, supply chain, etc.
- Develop and maintain good relationship with all label partners to deliver a high level of service
- Oversee delivery set up, product releases & optimizations and do regular reports to management and label partners
- Provide leadership, advice and support to internal team and external label partners in respect of their new release strategy and optimization advice for their catalogue
- Music lover.
- Good understanding and possess great network to key persons in Indonesia’s music industry especially indie artists/label
- Minimum 12 years extensive experience in Music Industry
- Possess good negotiation & presentation skills, problem solving, act as team leader
- Verbal and written English communications skills.
- Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment while meeting critical deadlines with attention to details
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, plus ability to quickly learn and work with the new culture
