Job Description
Head of Learning, Corporate University and Culture will have the following key responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Analyse, assess and enhance the organisation's learning and development programs and strategies to ensure organizational goals are met.
- Manage budgets for learning and development programmes to build capabilities.
- Develop and curate a diverse range of Learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, seminars, webinars, and certifications through to delivery and execution to ensure talent development and growth are achieved.
- Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive corporate university strategy tailored to the needs of the organization and its ecosystem.
- Proactively collaborate with business leaders to identify key skill gaps and development needs across various functional areas within the organization.
- Create a curriculum that encompasses a mix of technical, leadership, and soft skills training programs to minimize the gaps identified.
- Manage the budget, resources, and technology required for effective learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to define and articulate the company's core values, mission, and vision, and ensure alignment throughout the organization.
- Drive initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive corporate culture, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Design and implement leadership development programs aimed at cultivating a pipeline of effective leaders within the organization and its ecosystem.
- Mentor and coach executives and emerging leaders, providing them with the tools and insights needed to excel in their roles.
- Measure the effectiveness of Learning and development initiatives and their impact on organizational outcomes.
- Regularly evaluate the success of the corporate university and culture initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
- Guide the organization through periods of change, mergers, acquisitions, or other transitions, ensuring that the corporate culture remains intact and aligned with the company's values.
