About this opportunity:

Join us in the role of Line Manager Administration at Ericsson. This dynamic role is primarily focused on managing vital shared services such as Local Administration and master data management across various geographies. You'll be leading a team of dedicated individuals and fostering a culture of efficiency through standardization, simplification, and automation to improve quality, cost-efficiency, and speed. Committed to promoting a customer service mindset, you'll be implementing and adhering to Ericsson's code of business ethics, ensuring the highest standards of integrity are met.

What you will do:

  • Managing the Local Administration team & services across Indonesia
  • Creating productive work environment process
  • Driving performance through management process
  • Collaborate with other functions to seamlessly coordinate all aspects of the deliverables.
  • Monitor & ensure execution of deliverables and Governance with stakeholders. 
  • Process management and adherence to laid down guidelines & compliances including regulatory requirements. 
  • Developing and driving management competence
  • Conducting resource management.
  • Managing unit finance


The skills you bring:

  • Education: Postgraduate, MBA or equivalent qualification. 
  • Min years of experience: 8 to 10 years. Experience of working in a Global environment will be preferred (HM prefers to have someone who have experience working in Global Environment (having experience to work with regional offices)). 
  • Consistency in delivering customer service excellence with a knack for identifying customer requirement & solutions. 
  • Change & Improvement Management Skills with ability to drive operational excellence. 
  • Experience of handling diverse team, Collaborating with People & Networking
  • Persuading & Influencing skills
  • Formulating Concepts & Strategies 
  • Planning and organizing, Creative and innovative
  • Financial & Commercial Acumen
