Head of Project Management - Full Time - Purwakarta, Indonesia
Join our Services APAC team within Services division in Indonesia as Head of Project Management to help us take Sulzer Indonesia to the next level.
Your main tasks and responsibilities :
- Leads a team through the project life cycle by planning, budgeting, scheduling and tracking a project plan and execution to meet customer expectations and comply with commercial agreements.
- Define project goals, communicate with stakeholders, team members, vendors, and customers, and manage a project through to its closure.
- Provide project reports to Top management and customers, on-time delivery, and be responsible for monitoring and controlling ongoing project costs and margins (quote vs estimate vs budget)
- Defining the scope of the project, familiarize himself / herself with services offered by RES, contract terms and condition.
- Order booking, managing project resources (including teams and workers) and documenting the progress of the project.
- Assessing and mitigating the risk, troubleshooting, and leading quality assurance to delight customers and deliver project margin as committed or even better.
- Responsible for billing / invoicing, revenue, and cash collection, updated regularly, and took necessary action to meet the target.
- Conduct people and performance review : people development, competency review, succession planning, cross-culture, code of conduct, and compliance.
What you bring to Sulzer :
Bachelor degree in engineering or in related field
5 years work related experience mainly in the engineered-to-order and services.
Fluent English
- Project management
- Computer literate and Microsoft office
- Team player
- Well organized and structured
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pro-active and self-motivated mindset
- Sense of commercial (financial acumen)
- Multi-tasking
