JOB SUMMARY: 

• Develop lab-scale formulations with price calculations, panel tests, and approved shelf life assessments by BOD
• Implement trial formulation results from lab-scale to factory scale while optimizing production processes
• Assist the factory in resolving issues related to formulation parameters and production processes
• Collaborate with purchasing to find new raw materials and alternative raw materials
• Provide support in data for BPOM registration processes.

EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS, AND SKILLS:

• Education: Min. Bachelor Degree in related position
• Language: Able to speak and write in English 
• Experience: Min. 15 years experience in R&D, particularly in seasoning/savoury
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience
