Head Of Recruitment, Training & Development Telemarketing

• Responsible for all Telemarketing recruitment and Telemarketing activities as well as developing the performance, ensuring the need for Telemarketing development programs to achieve sales targets as well as all supporting activities in sales distribution channels.
• Develop plans, strategies, implementation to ensure the fulfillment of Telemarketing in accordance with the company's business plan.
• Determine the criteria for Telemarketing needed based on direction from management.
• Carry out the process of identification, recruitment and acceptance of Telemarketing using measurable and structured methods.
• Review and analyze training programs for Telemarketing in terms of content, time required, including assessment of marketing staff graduation parameters
• Plan and implement training and development of marketers both internally and externally in order to increase the productivity and effectiveness of Telemarketing performance.
• Periodically analyze and determine the performance of Telemarketing in accordance with minimum performance targets.
• Develop a Telemarketing monitoring program in a structured and measurable manner on a regular basis.
• Ensure Telemarketing retention levels, maintain marketer quality and productivity in order to maintain high retention levels.

Requirements :

• Proven work experience in the same role minimum 5 years.
• Having experience in Insurance industry is a must.
• Solid knowledge of Recruitment, Training & Development of marketer.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good in teamwork, communication skill & decision making
