Responsibilities
• Analyze market information and implement sales strategies.• Develop strategic account plans for demand generators.• Lead the Sales Team to achieve individual and team goals.• Create, conduct, and control all Sales initiatives.• Maintain good relationships with listed and potential accounts.• Develop sales plans and ensure team members meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.• Formulate and implement operating budgets and business plans.
Requirements
• Indonesian citizenship• Diploma in Tourism or Business Management• Supervisory skills• Minimum four years of Sales experience in the F&B industry• Strong leadership and sales knowledge• Strong communication skills in English
