Key Responsibilities :

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in online operations or a similar role.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing e-commerce strategies.
- Experience working with a Relationship Manager (RM) to enhance partnerships and collaborations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to drive performance and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational challenges.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making, utilizing analytics to drive improvements.
- Passion for the Retail Industry and a deep understanding of the online shopping experience.
