Health And Safety Manager (Site)

Indonesia Pomalaa Industry Park is a company engaged in the management of industrial estates located in Pomalaa, Southeast Sulawesi, currently opening career opportunities as Health and Safety Manager for placement at SITE Pomalaa, Southeast Sulawesi, with the following responsibilities and requirements:

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the construction of SMK3 occupational Health and Safety organization in the park, as well as the formulation of work planning and management objectives, the establishment of a sound safety management system and Safety management systems, and the strengthening of safety infrastructure.
2. The park's safety management activities plan and inspect safety work, conduct safety education and training, and supervise the effective implementation of safety funding.
3. Regularly inspect and rectify production safety and fire safety work, and with subordinate quarries to do daily inspection work.
4. Establishment of sound safety accounts, collection of information and feedback on all safety records, timely and accurate reporting of all types of reports and summaries as well as accident investigation reports.
5. Regularly organize and convene relevant parties to hold thematic business meetings to convey instructions from superiors, inform the safety work of enterprises in the park, and put forward the park's work plans and summaries; organize monthly regular meetings on production safety, and formulate the annual and monthly work plans for production safety management in the park.
6. Responsible for the implementation of the park's safety empowerment and other related publicity, education, training and assessment work, organizing and carrying out the park's safety work assessment, evaluation, rewards and penalties to cash, regularly convene a meeting of safety professionals, and guide the grass-roots safety work.
7. Responsible for safety, environmental protection of all kinds of documents prepared, issued and reported, all kinds of related reports statistical reporting work.
8. Designate and rehearse emergency production safety plans, conduct safety inspections of special equipment and various types of safety accessories, and apply for the documents of special operators and Safety management personnel.

Reqiirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in safety related field, familiar with Indonesian labor and occupational health laws and regulations, experience in SMK3 system construction is preferred. 
2. More than ten years of experience in manufacturing production safety, environmental protection management, with Indonesia K3 safety expert qualification certificate is preferred.
3. Have some project management organization and coordination and communication skills, proficient in the use of office software.
