Interior Designer (Furniture Industry)
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of furniture product designs from initial ideation to final production, ensuring alignment with brand vision, market trends, and customer preferences.
2. Translate design briefs, customer requirements, and market research insights into innovative and commercially viable furniture concepts, sketches, renderings, and prototypes.
3. Collaborate with product development, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure the feasibility, functionality, and manufacturability of furniture designs.
4. Conduct design reviews, critiques, and presentations to communicate design concepts, solicit feedback, and gain alignment from stakeholders.
5. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and resources to meet project timelines and deliverables.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and materials to inform design decisions and drive innovation in furniture design.
7. Ensure compliance with quality standards, design specifications, and regulatory requirements throughout the design and development process.
8. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling product presentations, marketing materials, and sales tools to promote furniture products to clients and consumers.
