Qualifications & experience

• Excellent communication in English, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Implement Montessori teaching methods and principles to facilitate hands-on, experiential learning experiences for students.
• Integrate Jolly Phonics methodology into language and literacy instruction to enhance phonemic awareness, reading, and writing skills.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
• Strong knowledge of educational theories, pedagogical approaches, and curriculum development.
• Proven experience in teaching, preferably in primary.
• Willing to work hard and have positive attitude.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Create lesson plan, Nature-Centered Learning: Our curriculum integrates nature-based learning experiences, allowing students to connect with the environment and develop a deep appreciation for nature.
• Montessori Approach: We follow the Montessori philosophy, emphasizing independence, hands-on learning, and individualized instruction to meet the unique needs of each child
• Teaching is from Monday to Friday, with Saturday reserved for meetings and discussions.
• Utilize a variety of instructional methods and teaching tools to enhance student learning and retention.
• The primary responsibility of teachers is to have a thorough understanding of children.
• Set a positive example for students as a good teacher by ensuring that the classroom is clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
• Stay updated on educational trends, best practices, and technologies to enhance teaching effectiveness.
