Hospital Director ( Direktur Rs – Bintaro )

Job Description:

• Directing performance toward all hospital programs and activities in accordance with the Hospital's Vision and Missions.
• Responsible for directing the functions and operations of the Hospital according to standard, overseeing all operations, evaluate and control all implementation of hospital programs and activities.
• Create and develop a hospital strategic plan based on hospital goals to maximize revenue, budget management, planning for development, human resource, and others.
• Ensure the quality and standard of the hospital are implemented by all divisions/departments in line with applicable policies.
• Improving hospital patient service standards to the highest level and satisfaction.
• Maintain good relationships with all communities, corporations, and governments.
• Monitor the implementation of the planning, make measurements of the results achieved, necessary corrective direction.
• Manage high standards and ensure all hospital licenses and permits and regulations are always in line with laws and valid.
• Provide medical, administrative and financial and others operational report for the hospital and present it to the Board of Directors.

Requirements:

• Medical profession background, preferably Master in Hospital Administration or relevant major.
• Experience in 5 - 10 years of hospital background, especially as a Hospital Director or top management position.
• Fluency in English would be highly preferable.
• Have attended SNARS, PMKP, and other required training or certification.
• Understand governance, risk management, quality management, hospital information systems and Hospital Accreditation.
• Strong in business and development, medical operations, healthcare legal regulations, business cost management and monitoring to plan hospital budget.
• Strong and proven Leadership demonstrated ability to adapt working style and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent presentation and effective communication skills.
• Provide excellent service and service management.
• Willing to be placed at RSIA Bina Medika Bintaro (Tangerang Selatan).
