The Bell Attendant/Delivery Attendant is in constant communication with the Guest Service Supervisor and operations team to ensure guests requests for deliveries and/or retrievals are fulfilled efficiently. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and hotel or local recommendations. The Bell Attendant/Delivery Attendant will provide the following services, but are not limited to:
- Delivery and retrieval of guest luggage and personal items
- Retrieve all request through i-Touch and other similar electronic devices
- Retrieve any guest deliveries that come through (i.e. Uber Eats, Mail, Floral Delivery, etc.) and delivering to the guest room in a pleasant, timely manner
- Ensure quality of presentation of food from in-house venues
- Delivering all food orders from Q Kitchen│Bar and MKT Place, to include pool orders
- Presence in the lobby assisting guests when there are no deliveries in queue
- Working closely with Valet and Front Office teams to ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience
- Assisting Housekeeping with guest requests on an as needed basis
- And all other duties as assigned
