Responsibilities
• Delegate day-to-day activities to Housekeeping and Laundry team• Monitor performance and standards of team members• Work on availability and release of rooms• Manage controls of the Housekeeping department• Check daily guest information and fulfill preferences and requests• Request flowers and embroidery for special occasions• Coordinate and control department's documents and people• Handle daily Laundry tasks• Make monthly closing of Laundry expenses• Serve as backup Laundry Attendant when needed
Requirements
• Good planning and organizing skills• Effective oral and written communication• Previous experience in Laundry• Good interpersonal skills• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office• Committed to delivering high customer service• Excellent standards of cleanliness
