Qualifications & experience
- Diploma 3 or Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Industry
- Minimum 3 years experience in the same field
- Team player, attention to details, multitasking ability, and energetic are highly required
- Able to work in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Tasks & responsibilities
- In charge of the cleanliness, tidiness, layout and completeness of public area both facilities and infrastructure as per standard
- Deliver clear instruction to housekeeping and landscape vendors for their tasks to be accomplish in timely manner
- Regularly check and supervise housekeeping and landscape operational work according to the agreed schedule
- Submission of daily/weekly/monthly Housekeeping & Landscape report
- Check on manpower attendance and make sure number of manpower is enough for each area on daily basis
