AlamatWe are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Housekeeping Supervisor to work with our Rooms team at Delonix Hotel Karawang.
Responsibilities- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after being cleaned by Housekeeper to ensure quality standards.
- Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms.
- Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities.
- Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
- Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk.
- Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments.
- Communicate issues to next shift.
- Complete required paperwork.
Requirements
- Graduated from bachelor of Accounting/ Hospitality degree.
- Excellent command of spoken and written is necessary, both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Posses previous housekeeping experience as Supervisor
- Have a good health condition
- Must be flexible in working hours subject to season and occupancy
- Indonesian citizen only
