- Check the attendance of staff who are scheduled to attend
- Supervise the performance of staff in the housekeeping division
- Organizing training for new housekeeping staff according to applicable operational standards
- Review room readiness after cleaning by staff
- Ensure room readiness to be booked and used by VILLA guests
- Ensure readiness and cleanliness of all VILLA area
- Provide direction to all housekeeping division staff regarding their respective job descriptions
- Checking the suitability of room status with room conditions
- Able to join immediately
