Responsibilities
• Ensure the guest is at the center of every initiative• Promote the hotel as a best place to learn and grow• Deliver training on interviewing and selection• Establish onboarding procedures• Conduct orientation programs• Train leaders in performance reviews• Assist in creating and facilitating the Learning Plan• Identify learning opportunities for team members• Support career management• Promote culture diversity and inclusion
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in HR or Hotel Management• Minimum 3 years of training/facilitation experience• Excellent proficiency in English language• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
