HR Administrative Intern positionProvides important support to the Head of the Business Partners Division3 month duration

Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support for various HR functions• Assist and administer tests for the hiring process• Support and involved in various HR projects
Requirements
• Fresh graduate or last year students in Psychology or Human Resource Management• Communicative, Creative, Proactive• Must be orderly, organized, methodical, logical, and systematic• Confident in asking questions if not sure about something• Able to seek supervisor assistance and direction if in doubt• Comfortable in a small team environment• Having a 'Can-Do' problem-solving approach• A high level of ethics, honesty, and integrity is required
Key Skills Needed
• Confident with basic commands of MS Excel, and to a lesser extent MS Word• Organized and methodical• Clear-headed• English language skills are a clear advantage• Knowledge from previous administrative experiences is an advantage
