Hr Assistant Manager

Jobdesc : 

• Input employee's database 
• Handle employee's contract accordance to government regulation 
• Coordinate and control employee's daily absence and overtime 
• Work closely with Line Management of defined support area in structuring and developing their respective teams
• Evaluate and maintain Job Description and company SOP once a year
• Control company's policies 
• Support HR Manager for daily basis

Requirements : 

• Min. Bachelor degree in Psychology, HR Managament, or related fields
• Min. 2 years as HR Supervisor 
• Male or Female (Preferbly Male) 
• Willing to be located in Tulehu, Ambon
