Responsibilities:
- Administer performance and salary reviews for payroll, including planning & Installing policies, procedures, maintaining payroll systems, and processing payroll according to schedule and correct amount.
- Review and check personnel ACT/Compensation Change Request (CCR) to make sure the compensation and benefits proposal meet standards.
- Coordinate annual merit increase process, promotion, and reclassification process for the organization. Consolidate and check to make sure the proposals follow the guideline.
- Coordinate the V&B market surveys and local salary surveys for workers to make sure the pay structure is market competitive.
- Assist Senior HR Manager to align all benefits program, HR policies, and process.
- Provide and analyze all kinds of HR data, including turnover, headcount, workforce planning, and HR performance metrics and assist department Managers to take actions.
- Involve in financial planning process annually and co-ordinate the planning process for headcount, compensation, communication and training annually budget for the commercial office and plant.
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree in the relevant discipline.
- At least 5 years experience in wage and salary related experience from Manufacturing company.
- Good communicative skills.
- Good understanding of Indonesia labor law and regulation regarding social insurance.
- Fluency in English is required.
- This position will be placed at Cikarang.
