Job Description :
- Responsible for supervising all process of employee recruitment.
- Responsible for making monthly and yearly plan and organizing employee training program.
- Handling employee medical check-up and supporting employee health condition. (PIC hospital/clinic)
- Monitoring medical expense date and report to management.
- Responsible for handling and negotiation of catering service for employee lunch.
- Responsible for supporting job of negotiation with labour union under instruction GM.
- Preparation document for auditing (EX: ISO)
- Responsible for managing employee evaluation.
Job Requirement :
- Have a diploma or bachelors degree in related major (Industrial engineering, Management or Psychology)
- More than 3 years' experience in the related division (Will be an advantage if the experience is Manufacture company)
- Fluent in english language
- Have a deep knowledge regarding HoRenSou Working culture
- Have certification in ISO will be an advantage
