Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree from the Department of Management, Law, Psychology, or related majors
- Preferably have experience minimum 3 years as Human Resource
- Preferably local candidate.
- Candidates who understand the end-to-end process of recruitment, psychological test, employment legal administration and BPJS are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and well organized.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written is mandatory.
- Preferably those residing in Denpasar, Bali.
Job Description :
- Supervise and ensure HR recruitment and operation activities.
- Able to conduct end-to-end recruitment, coordinates with managers to plan, analyze, and develop staffing needs.
- Able to conduct Psychological tests and Assessment.
- Initiate and coordinate job ads, review job applications and resumes, and ensure job offers are made in accordance with procedures.
- Organize new employee orientations.
- Organize and coordinate all employee training needs, and may act as a trainer for training development as needed and appropriate.
- Monitor performance and evaluation process.
- Ensure personnel administration activities and documentation are accurately and timely recorded
- Understand and update for the HR policies and regulation based on Indonesia labor law and payroll
- Maintain communication between HR and employees both regularly and incidentally.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Other supporting activities.
