HR Industrial and Employee Relations
Job Description :
- Analyzing and providing data on company regulations and government regulations related to employment.
- Conducting negotiations and other activities in the context of resolving labor problems or disputes between the company and Employees in accordance with the applicable negotiation procedures.
- Make periodic reports on the company's employee conditions to stakeholders.
- Analyze the level of violations that occur in the employee environment and apply sanctions to create conducive working conditions.
- Establish communication and good relations between the Union and Employees with the company
Job Requirement :
- Bachelor Degree of Law/Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in the same field.
- Deep understanding about Labor Law and Employment Regulations (UU13/UUCK/Permen/Kepdirjen, etc) and industrial relations process
- Experienced in handling compliance fulfillment towards Minerba, Disnaker, DLH
- Experienced in handling waste auditing processes
- Familiarity about SMKP (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)
- Experienced in preparing, monitoring and reporting RKAB
- Have good leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to be placed in Muara Tuhup, Central Kalimantan Site
