We are a Rapidly Growing multi-level Marketing Retail Business specializing in medical devices. Our innovative products are in high demand, and our business is expanding rapidly each day. However, our company structure is in need of optimization, and we require a dedicated HR / Legal Assistant to join our team and help take us to the next level.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a right-hand person to the employer, assisting with company organization, task management, and administrative duties.
• Handle all legal matters related to medical devices and multi-level marketing, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
• Manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Utilize technology platforms such as Monday.com, Slack, Loom, and Microsoft Office to streamline workflows and facilitate communication within the team.
• Conduct research on legal and regulatory issues pertinent to the business, providing recommendations and guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic initiatives and business objectives.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field (graduate degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-growing company.
• Strong knowledge of legal principles related to medical devices and multi-level marketing.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in technology tools and platforms such as Monday.com, Slack, Loom, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
