Uraian Tugas

We are currently assisting one of our clients, a Food Product manufacturer, who is looking for great talent to be placed as HR Manager in Gorontalo


Responsibilities:
• Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy – particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
• Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
• Analyses trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
• Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams & certifications.
• Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
• Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
• Oversee and maintain permit or license needed by the company such as working permit, NIB, etc.
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

Requirements:
• At least Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related major
• Have at least 3-5 years of experience in HR, with leadership experience
• Have experience in creating SOP and Talent Management
• Have experience in dealing with permit, contract, and or licensing
• Have experience in maintaining large manpower (> 500 HC)
• Willing to be placed in Gorontalo
• Ability in English will be a plus
