Human Resources Manager
Industry : Palm Oil Plantation Company
Location : Lamandau, Central Kalimantan
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Manage all employee’s compensation & benefits, including payroll system, health insurance, and also other benefits planning and proposal.
- Manage and review all company’s policy, procedures, and regulations. Also ensure all is continuously updated in accordance with government regulations.
- Manage employee personal administration, including attendance management, monthly payroll, and employment administration (agreement, promotion, rotation, demotion, termination, etc)
- Report to management and provide decision support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university.
- Minimum 7 years experienced as an HR Manager in Agriculture Company.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to be placed in Lamandau, Central Kalimantan.
