Uraian Tugas
- Develop, implement, and administer compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees
- Manage employee benefits enrollment, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits, and serve as the main point of contact for benefits-related inquiries
- Collaborate with finance departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentives
- Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including employee record-keeping, HR documentation, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks, ensuring alignment with company values, culture, and legal requirements.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, paperwork, and exit interviews.
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns related to HR policies, procedures, and programs, and escalate complex issues as needed
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to streamline HR processes, manage employee data, and generate reports.
