· Plan, organize and control the operations and work activities of the team.
· Develop, test, and certify all current processes and reports including compensation and benefits, data management, payroll, HR report and administrations and HRIS.
· Closely monitor performance metrics using technology and tools to ensure quality service and timely actions.
· Drive continuous improvement efforts for internal processes to standardize, simplify and automate the tasks needed to enhance the customer experience.
· Coordinate input processes in a timely manner, including elaborating activities, schedules, defining responsibilities, following process execution, and intervening if needed to ensure payroll service quality.
· Partner with teams to define opportunities, needs, roles and responsibilities, work schedules teams dedicated to grow the business.
· Responsible for personnel decisions related to Operational HR such as payroll, compensation & benefit, performance management, data management, and employees experience. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.
· Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff
· Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
· Minimum 3-5 year of directly related work experience.
· Experience in service areas such as benefits, payroll, time, and attendance, leave management, worker’s compensation and employee health and safety.
Preferred Required Qualifications
· One year of supervisory experience
· Fluent in english both oral and written.
· Experience in payroll, accounting, or human resources
Prior beneficial experiences
· Human resources project experience.
· Experience working with administration processes and sub processes that involve inputs. Management, networking, and collaborations skills with demonstrated success in change implementation.
