- Manage and create documentation related to HR such as employment contract, promotion, demotion, job rotation, payroll administration, issued warning letter and disciplinary action if necessary, etc
- Maintain of accurate employee database and up to-date records in personnel files
- Handle employee benefit, incentive, government statutory, etc
- Manage and maintain employee database on HRIS
- Support Management in developing and implementing new company policies or procedures
- Perform other HR duties as assigned
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource - Management, Pyschology, Law or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience as HR Generalist
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, industrial relationship).
- Excellent Ms. Office (advance Ms. Excel)
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Able to working in fast paced and multi-tasking
- Reliable, detail oriented and initiative
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Strong skill in data presentation and analytics
