1. BPJS Management
- Register and manage BPJS
- Handle BPJS-related paperwork and ensure timely monthly payments.
- Stay updated with BPJS policies and ensure the company is compliant
2. Contract Management
- Prepare and manage employment contracts.
- Ensure contracts are up-to-date and legally compliant.
- Handle contract renewals or terminations as needed.
3. Administration Process
- Oversee day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
- Maintain organized and accurate employee records.
- Assist in coordinating HR activities and processes.
4. Data Management:
- Keep employee data secure and updated in the company’s system.
- Generate reports on HR-related data for management.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of HR data.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in HRIS, MS Office Suite, G-drive, Spreadsheet, Google Docs
